These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Tockio website, applications, and related services (collectively, the “Services”) provided by Tockio (“we”, “us”, or “our”).
By creating an account, accessing, or using the Services, you agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least the age of majority in your province or territory to create an account and use the Services.
The Services are intended for use by families and households. Parents or guardians may create and manage profiles for children within their household.
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
2. Description of Services
Tockio is a family organization and calendar platform that may allow users to:
- create and manage calendars, events, tasks, trips, bookings and plans
- connect third-party calendar providers and email services
- share information with household members and invited participants
- use AI-powered organization and scheduling features
Features may change over time.
3. Accounts
You agree to provide accurate information and keep your account credentials secure.
You may not:
- impersonate another person
- access another user’s account without authorization
- use the Services for unlawful purposes
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
4. Connected Accounts and Third-Party Services
You may choose to connect third-party services such as Google Calendar, Microsoft Outlook, Apple Calendar, or email providers.
By connecting these services, you authorize Tockio to access, process, and display information necessary to provide the Services.
Your use of third-party services remains subject to the terms and privacy policies of those providers.
We are not responsible for the availability or operation of third-party services.
5. User Content
You retain ownership of the information, content, calendar data, emails, files, and materials you submit or connect through the Services (“User Content”).
You grant Tockio a limited, non-exclusive license to host, process, store, reproduce, and display User Content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the Services.
You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights necessary to share User Content through the Services.
6. AI Features and Automated Processing
Certain features of the Services use automated systems and artificial intelligence to:
- analyze calendar and scheduling information
- extract details from emails or imported content
- categorize events and tasks
- generate recommendations, plans, summaries, or visual elements
AI-generated outputs may contain errors or inaccuracies. You should independently verify important information before relying on it.
We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of AI-generated results.
7. Sharing and Family Access
The Services are designed for collaborative household use.
Content you share with family members, invited users, or connected participants may become visible to those users according to your sharing settings.
Household administrators or organizers may have the ability to manage shared content, participants, and settings.
You are responsible for understanding and managing your sharing preferences.
8. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- violate any applicable laws
- interfere with the operation or security of the Services
- attempt unauthorized access to systems or data
- upload malicious software or harmful code
- use the Services to harass, abuse, or harm others
- scrape, reverse engineer, or copy substantial portions of the Services except as permitted by law
9. Intellectual Property
The Services, including software, branding, designs, graphics, and content created by Tockio, are owned by Tockio or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.
Except as expressly permitted, you may not copy, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from the Services.
10. Beta Services
Some features may be provided as beta, preview, or experimental functionality.
Beta features may be incomplete, unavailable, or subject to change without notice.
11. Availability and Changes
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue portions of the Services at any time.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Our collection and use of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.
13. Disclaimers
The Services are provided “as is” and “as available”.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We do not guarantee:
- uninterrupted service
- data accuracy
- compatibility with third-party systems
- error-free AI outputs
14. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Tockio and its affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, profits, goodwill, or business interruption.
Our total liability arising from the Services will not exceed the greater of:
- the amount you paid to Tockio in the previous 12 months; or
- CAD $100.
Some jurisdictions may not allow certain limitations, so portions of this section may not apply to you.
15. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Tockio and its affiliates from claims arising from:
- your use of the Services
- your User Content
- your violation of these Terms
- your violation of applicable laws or third-party rights
16. Termination
You may stop using the Services at any time.
We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or if necessary to protect the Services or other users.
17. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the laws of Canada applicable therein.
Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Services will be resolved in the courts located in British Columbia, Canada.
